Led by Professor of Physical Theatre Carlos Alexis Cruz, our troupe spent a season working at the Carolina Renaissance Festival, presenting various short scenes inspired by the Italian Commedia dell'arte tradition. The two stock scenes, titled "Bank Robbery" and "The Cookbook" featured improvised dialogue and exaggerated movements, and troupe members rotated roles between each performance. The primary stock characters were Zanni (1-3) and Pantalone.
